THIS AGREEMENT is made on this day by and between AWARENESS CORPORATION hereinafter ("Company"), a Nevada Corporation and PureTrim Customer retail product purchasers hereinafter ("Purchaser").
Company may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify or change these terms and conditions governing the purchase of PureTrim products. You have purchased PureTrim products and are not a registered Influencer of PureTrim products in order to be governed by this Agreement. PureTrim Influencers are governed by the PureTrim Influencer Policies & Procedures and Influencer Terms and Conditions as set forth elsewhere. Should you wish to become a PureTrim Influencer and resell PureTrim products do not purchase PureTrim products through this site.
By using/purchasing PureTrim products you agree to use those products for your own personal use or family's use and are not purchasing the products for resale to others. Should you wish to resell products you must first register as a PureTrim Influencer and agree to PureTrim Influencer Terms and Conditions. In order to resell PureTrim products you must be a licensed PureTrim Influencer. Any resale of products purchased under the terms of this agreement is in violation of this agreement and illegal.
Only online or phone orders to 1-800-692-9273 will be processed. Each order must specify only one shipping address. Post Office boxes are NOT valid shipping addresses. PureTrim reserves the right to adjust the total of each miscalculated order by ten percent (10%) above the total figured by the Purchaser on all credit card orders. If an order is received that is incomplete or incorrect in any way it will not be processed.
Purchasers may use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. All payments must be made payable to PureTrim. You will receive your own Login and Password as a Customer, which allows you to reorder PureTrim products with ease.

A. All returns will be at the Customer's expense, and must be sent prepaid by a method of shipment which can be traced by a tracking number. If there is a discrepancy in a return shipment, the customer will be responsible for investigating the shipment by means of the tracking number and providing proof of acceptance by the warehouse before the Company will authorize a refund of the product. The Company will not accept any C.O.D. or postage due packages.

IN THAT EVENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Regardless of whether any remedy set forth in this agreement fails of its essential purpose, in no event will company be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of any use or inability to use this product or the breach of this agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages some States do not allow the limitation or exclusion of Liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Purchaser acknowledges and agrees herein that in the event of any dispute between the purchaser and company that the only amount of damages that can be awarded herein are limited to the amounts the purchaser has advanced or paid to company for the purchase of its products.
Purchaser has been advised that he or she should consult with their physician prior to use and that no results of use have been made or represented.
This is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to the use of PureTrim Products. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Any dispute between the parties to this agreement shall be limited exclusively to the legal jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona. Additionally, it is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement shall specifically not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable. Any the event of a legal dispute the parties expressly agree to limit jurisdiction of any dispute(s) to arbitration to be conducted in Maricopa, Arizona and in accordance with the Uniform Rules of Arbitration within sixty (60) days after the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be forever barred.
